We will again be providing 48 backpacks filled with school supplies for the children who are receiving care, therapy, and education through Gemma Services. Their need is even greater this year, and the staff at Gemma is truly grateful for your ongoing support. On Sunday, July 28, we will meet in Fellowship Hall after worship to fill the backpacks with the requested supplies. If you would like to help us prepare for this project, please consider purchasing a pack of 24 regular Crayola Crayons. We will be collecting the crayon packs throughout the month of June in a labeled box in Fellowship Hall.
Gemma Services assists more than 3,000 youth and families annually in Philadelphia and Delaware Counties who face extremely challenging situations. Gemma’s message to these families is, “Together we are working to create a world where every person knows they matter, and they are not alone.”
