Sermon Archives – 2010
My hope through these messages is first to honor Jesus Christ by faithfully interpreting the texts of our Scriptures, then to encourage all who come hungry for a good, and, hopefully challenging word that enlivens faithfulness to our God. Often these texts are chosen from the lectionary, which assigns Old and New Testament readings to each Sunday over a three year cycle. I especially encourage you, therefore, to read the chosen scriptures before reading or listening to the sermon. Notes Occasionally sermons are presented by guest preachers, who are identified in the list which follows. Unless otherwise noted, the sermons were prepared and presented by the Reverend Dr. Victor Wilson. For dates marked with “On Request” audio versions have not yet been prepared.
