Membership Enrichment
Inreach and Membership Development have combined to form this new committee.

Membership Enrichment's mission is to attract, recruit and retain members for St. John’s, and engage, stimulate, develop and connect them to our church family through spiritual growth, service to others, caring, fellowship and the opportunity to contribute to each other, our church and our communities.

In addition to fulfilling our mission, we will seek to add value to St. John’s by:

• Developing, implementing, maintaining, revising, monitoring and managing means and methods to attract, recruit and secure as members, visitors to St. John’s.

• Coordinating and supporting new member engagement and assimilation within St. John’s.

• Developing, implementing and maintaining a database of member interests and skills that can be of benefit to St. John’s and its members.

• Developing, implementing and supporting means and methods to encourage and support small groups that are reflective of and are responsive to the needs, passions and interests of St. John’s members and prospective members.

• Coordinating volunteer opportunities as well as opportunities for service within the church.

• Developing and fostering the participation in member events, activities and opportunities for individual, group and spiritual growth.

• Developing and implementing a marketing and promotion strategy and plan for St. John’s to “tell our story”

• Coordinating and facilitating multi-medium communications.
