St. John's Going Green!: Household Covenant Resources

In April 2007, the St. John's Going Green! campaign created and distributed a Household Covenant, meant to spur all of us in the congregation to be better stewards of God's earth in their homes. Resources to support congregants in this commitment are available on this page.
Energy Efficiency

The Presbyterian Church USA General Assembly (2006) has this to say about energy usage:

The Christian mandate to care for creation and the biblical promise of the restoration of right relationships between God, human beings, and the rest of creation impels and inspires us to act to reduce our energy usage.
